Transfer a domain in 3 steps

1. Enter the domain name.
Type in the domain you want to transfer to us. Our system checks whether the transfer is possible and shows you the price for a one-year renewal.

2. Get the authorisation code (AuthCode/EPP).
Ask your current provider for the authorisation code - a password confirming you own the domain. With most providers it is available in the control panel; otherwise contact their support. The transfer is not possible without this code.

3. Pay and wait for confirmation.
Once paid, we start the transfer. For most extensions (.com, .net, .org, .eu...) it takes 5 to 7 days. For .si it is faster, usually 1 to 2 days. Your website and e-mail keep working during the transfer, because DNS records move only after it completes.
